3rd Annual Festival of Trees, benefitting United Way to take place November 9-11 & 13




The Third Annual Festival of Trees, benefitting United Way will take place November 9 – 11 & 13 at the Palmeiro Center on MSU’s campus. Last year, over $30,000 was raised for United Way, and this year, festival organizers are even more ambitious! Activities for this year’s festival will include:

Open Viewing

November 9 – 10
10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

$5 per person – may be paid at the door

Be the first to see and/or bid on the beautifully decorated Christmas trees, handmade Gingerbread houses, and silent auction items!

Holiday Party & Auction

November 11
7:00 p.m.

$40 per person/$80 per couple – maximum of 250 tickets will be sold
Tables of 10 may be reserved for $400

**Tickets must be purchased in advance at the Greater Starkville Development Partnership Office, 200 East Main Street, Starkville; or the United Way Office, 1016G Louisville Street, Starkville. For out of town patrons, please e-mail festivaloftrees.starkville@gmail.com to reserve your tickets. A maximum of 250 tickets will be sold. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Attire – Black tie optional

Enjoy the magic of Christmas at the Holiday Party & Auction! Live music, eclectic local food, beverages, live auction, and the finale of the silent auction all make this event one to remember! Elaborately decorated Christmas trees, gingerbread homes, silent auction items, and more will be sold to the highest bidders at this authentic Christmas event!

Cookies with Santa

November 13
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

$10 per child – maximum of 200 tickets will be sold

Bring your children to visit with Santa at our popular “Cookies with Santa” event! Ticket price includes time with Santa (bring your camera!), home-made cookies, face painting, and a special craft that our elves will help your child make! This is a great opportunity to take photos of your children for Christmas cards in front of our extravagantly decorated Christmas trees!
